Estate Planning & Administration Associate Attorney

Locations: Cranberry Township, PA or Canonsburg, PA

We are seeking an Estate Planning & Administration Associate Attorney to join a growing trusts and estates practice in the Pittsburgh area. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 1–3 years of experience who has hands-on exposure to both estate planning and estate/trust administration and is looking to continue developing a well-rounded practice.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Draft and review estate planning documents, including:
\n
• Wills
\n
• Trusts
\n
• Powers of Attorney
\n
• Health Care Directives
\n
• Manage estate and trust administration matters from start to finish
\n
• Work directly with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and other parties throughout the administration process
\n
• Assist with probate-related matters and filings
\n
• Attend and assist with guardianship hearings
\n
• Guide clients regarding estate planning and administration matters
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 1–3 years of experience in trusts and estates
\n
• Experience with both estate planning AND estate/trust administration is required
\n
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license
\n
• Strong drafting, organizational, and client communication skills
\n
• Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with the broader team
\n
• Experience with probate and guardianship matters is highly desirable
\n

Salary and Other Compensation:

The base salary for this position is between $120,000 – $150,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
