APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with a growing personal injury law firm in Chicago, Illinois to add an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to their team. This attorney will independently manage a personal injury caseload, advocate for clients, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for negotiation and litigation. What your day will look like:

\n
• Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
\n
• Advocate for injured clients and pursue fair compensation on their behalf
\n
• Conduct legal research and analyze case-related issues
\n
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
\n
• Prepare cases for negotiation and litigation
\n
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients throughout the legal process
\n
• Collaborate with legal professionals while taking ownership of assigned cases
\n
• Monitor case progress, deadlines, documentation, and other case management responsibilities
\n

What we are looking for:

\n
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
\n
• Active admission to practice law in the State of Illinois and in good standing
\n
• Prior experience handling personal injury cases
\n
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and litigation processes
\n
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
\n
• Strong organizational and case management abilities
\n
• Ability to independently manage multiple cases and priorities
\n
• Strong commitment to client advocacy and providing exceptional legal representation
\n
• Professional, collaborative, and client-focused approach
\n
