Nutrien Ag Solutions is the retail division of Nutrien, providing full-acre solutions through a network of crop consultants across North America, South America, and Australia. What You'll Do: Develop new prospects and interact with existing growers to increase agricultural input sales to meet and exceed sales goals; manage sales to meet profit margin goals. Ensure customer satisfaction of products including on-time and accurate delivery and product quality. Develop and implement strategies to increase the sales of proprietary products. Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe appropriate actions to resolve issues, including adverse product results. Perform initial credit review of customers to understand credit risk and provide necessary information to the Credit Manager for credit limit decisions. Collect outstanding accounts receivables from customers. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring: University degree preferred; in lieu of degree, 5+ years of agriculture experience and a high school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience using standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry, as well as the application of agricultural chemicals.
