Managing the execution of subgrants awarded by YMCA of the USA, the full-time remote Grants Manager will coordinate multiple stages of the subgrant lifecycle, support applicants and grantees, and ensure timely grant delivery while enhancing operational processes. Key responsibilities Manage communication of subgrant opportunities, including application announcements and applicant guidance Coordinate application and review processes, ensuring alignment with funding priorities and operational capacity Administer the Y-USA Grants Portal, maintaining data integrity and supporting day-to-day grantmaking operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience 4-8 years of experience in grant management or a related field Advanced functional skills with intermediate industry knowledge Entry to intermediate managerial skills with a focus on policy and strategy implementation High degree of decision-making within the area of responsibility
