Working from a home-based office, you will be responsible for flight planning, monitoring flight progress, and issuing operational instructions to flight crews, ensuring all flights operate safely and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, providing essential support to flight operations across various regions. Key Responsibilities Develop and file flight plans, considering weather, route, aircraft performance, and regulatory requirements. Monitor flight progress in real-time, providing necessary updates and operational instructions to flight crews. Analyze weather forecasts and NOTAMs (Notices to Airmen) to assess potential impacts on flight operations. Coordinate with air traffic control, ground operations, and other relevant stakeholders. Manage flight schedule disruptions and provide solutions to ensure operational continuity. Requirements Relevant certification or license as an Aircraft Dispatcher or Flight Operations Officer. Proven experience in flight planning, dispatch, or flight operations coordination. Strong understanding of aviation regulations, meteorology, and navigation principles.
