We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time seasonal Residential Security Agent with high integrity and professionalism who can join our team in the Lake Tahoe, CA Area. This position requires a full-time commitment during the seasonal period. As a seasonal Residential Security Agent you will provide for the welfare, physical protection, and security of a high profile client by performing armed and/or unarmed executive protection assignments in residential settings. You will provide close protection and other security-related functions for the client during domestic and/or international assignments. Applicants should be comfortable working independently in dynamic and fast-paced environments, responding to threats, and representing Surefox and its clients with pride. Successful performance in this role will require a high degree of motivation and the ability to adapt to fluid and dynamic security performance modes, locations, teams, and structures. This is a dynamic position requiring flexibility and an ability to adapt to changing operational requirements as directed by client needs. Hourly Rate: $50.00 CCW Required and BSIS Exposed Carry PermitDuties:Providing close protection to clients at residential properties;Ensuring the overall safety and security of assigned residential properties;Monitoring security systems and conducting regular patrols;Responding to and addressing security incidents and emergencies;Interacting with residents, visitors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner;Completing accurate and detailed incident reports;Conducting inspections of residential properties to identify and mitigate potential security risks;Collaborating with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services;Following all company policies and procedures;Performing other job-related duties as assigned.Requirements:Job location is in the Lake Tahoe, CA areaValid California Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) Permit without work restrictionValid California Exposed Firearms PermitValid California Guard CardMust be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening (Surefox will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all requirements of State and local laws, regulations or codes)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFlexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screeningHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.Physical Requirements:Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly to communicate with employees and/or other customersThe employee is required to hear conversations in noisy environmentsAbility to twist, turn, bend, stand, climb stairs and walk as required to perform the duties associated with functioning as a security officerAbility to squat, kneel and crawl as neededOccasional pushing/pulling/carrying/lifting of objects; may be up to 50 lbs and include climbing stairsAbility to stand, sit, or walk for extended periodsAbility to use hands to handle, hold or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with arms, and talk or hearNormal vision is corrected by using glasses and/or contacts for normal reading and viewing abilities.
