A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… Process and review title reports to meet company and lender requirements. Collect Real Estate Tax Data from County Web Sites. Conduct Searches using Title Data, Title Point or County Websites to locate all documents pertaining to the property and owners. WHO YOU ARE You possess … A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards. Prior Tittle Examination/Search Experience. The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to work in multiple systems at once. Responsibilities Review real estate title reports pursuant to company guidelines for approval or rejection Research and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate individual records and logs Review all documentation for accuracy Knowledge of State Requirements. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner Review work-in-progress reports to ensure completion Maintain open communication with other team members and team leader Proficient with ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines Adhere to company policies and procedures Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by management Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Typing/Data Entry skills, minimum 45 wpm with 95% accuracy Prior Tittle Examination/Search Experience.
