We're looking for passionate individuals ready to contribute to our supportive learning community for the 2026-27 school year. This role offers an hourly rate of $25, with a contract from September 1, 2026, to May 28, 2027. Responsibilities:Valid SLP-A License for the State of Florida required.
Bachelor’s degree or minor in communicative disorders or a bachelor’s degree and completion of prerequisites for communicative disorders.
Background screening required through Miami-Dade County Public Schools (cannot begin working without background screening); Social Security card is required. Fingerprint fee is $97, and drug test fee is $35; both fees are paid by applicant to the testing facilities.
Must attend four (2) staff trainings per year; additional training(s) may be required by the School District, including the Youth Mental Health & First Aid training.
Required to volunteer at one event: the SFACS Walk on April 18, 2026.
