Tool Designer / Mechanical Designer

Integrity Tool, Inc. | Batesville, Indiana

Integrity Tool is looking for an experienced Tool Designer / Mechanical Designer who enjoys solving real manufacturing problems and seeing designs become finished products.

This is a hands-on design position where you'll work closely with customers, machinists, fabricators, and other designers throughout the process, from initial concept through final build.

What You'll Do

• Design precision tooling, fixtures, gages, and custom equipment
• Develop practical solutions to manufacturing challenges
• Create accurate 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings
• Apply GD&T and sound engineering practices
• Collaborate directly with customers, designers, machinists, and fabricators
• Support projects from initial concept through final build

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of mechanical/tool design experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• SolidWorks experience preferred
• Strong mechanical design and CAD skills
• Working knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes
• Competency in GD&T and engineering drawings
• Practical problem-solving and solution-development skills
• Clear communication and a willingness to collaborate with the shop
• An honest, trustworthy, and hardworking approach
