Job Description Overview: The Dental Hygienist delivers preventive oral care while creating a comfortable patient experience.
Key Responsibilities: Perform cleanings, X-rays, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy.
Treatment Planning: Assist in developing individualized treatment plans alongside the dentist.
Patient Education: Instruct patients on proper home care and oral hygiene techniques.
Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and updated patient health assessments.
Infection Control: Adhere strictly to sterilization protocols and operatory organization.
Team Support: Assist with inventory management and supply stocking.
full-time $75,000 - $96,000 per year

Shift & ScheduleWorking Hours: Schedule determined based on practice operating hours (Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM).
RequirementsQualifications: Active state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist, graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program, high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail required.
PreferencesPreferred Experience: 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred. Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records is a plus.
