We are looking for an experienced, dependable, Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong residential construction experience and is comfortable leading a crew while also working alongside them in the field.

We specialize in exterior remodeling projects, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, knows how to keep a project moving, and can manage a job from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews on residential exterior remodeling projects
• Read and understand plans, measurements, and project scopes
• Perform and oversee deck construction and repairs
• Perform and oversee framing and structural carpentry
• Install and replace siding
• Install and replace windows and doors
• Assist with roofing, gutters, concrete, and other exterior construction as needed
• Ensure projects are completed according to company standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Coordinate materials, tools, deliveries, and subcontractors
• Communicate effectively with project managers, homeowners, and crew members
• Identify potential problems before they become costly issues
• Make sure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Train and help develop less-experienced crew members
• Complete projects with a strong focus on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential construction/remodeling experience preferred
• Previous experience installing windows/doors/siding
• Knowledge of residential construction
• Ability to confidently perform framing and carpentry work
• Experience with decks, siding, windows, doors, and exterior remodeling
• Ability to read plans and accurately take measurements
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding construction work
• Ability to lead a crew while maintaining productivity and quality

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complete remodeling projects from tear-out through completion
• Experience with multiple exterior trades
• Knowledge of building codes and proper construction practices
• Experience communicating directly with homeowners
• Ability to identify and correct construction issues in the field
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and get the job done
